ABOUT L. CHAMBERS

L. Chambers is an interior stylist and home stager. In Dec. 2019, she launched The Bold Interior, a boutique interior styling and sourcing company, located in Richmond, Virginia. L. is passionate about interiors that are inspired by global culture, textiles and art. Additionally, she is committed to increasing equity in the design field and advocating for the expansion of quality culturally competent residential and commercial design. L. and her husband are real estate investors in Richmond.

Prior to entering the interior design industry, L. was an award-winning communications professional. For nearly two decades, she created breathtaking events, innovative programming and communications campaigns for diverse brands. Notably, she spearheaded the one of Richmond’s largest design projects — the relocation and redevelopment of Richmond's Black History Museum. At the museum, she gained in-depth experience in construction, fine art installations, fabrication, sourcing, permits and more.

In 2016, she earned a place on Richmond’s Power List. She is a Top 40 Under 40 honoree, a proud graduate of Howard University, where she earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in journalism and a member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Incorporated.
